Reps can toggle between the Store Location section and Products section of ShelfScan to review photos captured, categories analyzed, and actions taken for all products at the Place they’re checked in.
The Store Locations section provides a visual overview of photos captured for Image Recognition analysis, categorized by store location and product category.
The Products section details how Reps addressed on-shelf availability (OSA) issues, including whether products were restocked, not restocked with an explanation, or left unactioned. Additionally, missing products are organized by category to help streamline resolution efforts.
