When a rep exits the ShelfScan Activity flow, the ‘Draft’ label will appear on the ShelfScan activity button in the task list, allowing the rep to resume work anytime within 24 hours.
Upon reopening the draft, the rep will be directed to Step 1 to continue the activity, assuming the Authorized Product List remains unchanged during that period. This feature ensures that reps can efficiently manage their tasks without losing progress, even if they need to pause and return later.
