If a Rep exits the ShelfScan activity flow while Image Recognition analysis is still processing, the analysis continues in the background. Once the analysis is complete, the Rep receives a notification, prompting them to resolve any on-shelf availability issues.
By clicking the “Open” button, the Rep can resume work on the ShelfScan activity. If desired, the notification can be dismissed within the app or from the device’s notification center.
